The Program

When we open, we will have a free, comprehensive program with something for everyone who has cancer and their close family and friends.

Support and Networking Groups  for those living with cancer, Family Groups for family members and friends, and monthly Networking Groups for a particular kind of cancer or topic of common interest, such as, prostate cancer, young adults with cancer, living solo with cancer.

Lectures and Workshops on topics such as stress reduction, nutrition, talking to your children about cancer, managing pain, etc. Major workshop areas include art and other forms of self-expression, relaxation, exercise, and cooking.

Noogieland for kids and teens living with cancer in themselves or family members. They can be confused, fearful and reluctant to express themselves. Noogieland is a place where kids can feel normal, be themselves and get the support they need.

Social Activities are among the most popular offerings and include activities such as potluck suppers with music, comedy nights, and major celebrations around special holidays.
